Join us for Active Living and Wellness every Friday morning from 10:00 - 11:00 a.m. on Zoom!

2021 is here and often many of us make the New Year's resolution to be more active or eat better. Join us in our new program starting this January! Every week, we will be learning and doing different gentle exercises such as chair yoga, stretching, hand/wrist exercises, and more! We'll also look at eating well and different ways of staying healthy.
