Join us on Friday, March 12h from 10:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. for “Eat Well to Stay Sharp: Supporting Brain Health Through Healthy Eating”, as part of our Active Living and Wellness Workshop!

Wellness Consultant Natalie Lavers will explain which nutrients the brain needs for optimal functioning and the brain's specific requirements from early development to later life; paying special attention to both memory and focus. Using foods and lifestyle routines to support ADHD, stress-management,and memory can make a big difference. Come learn how to get started!
