Join us for “Intro to Meditation” on Friday, February 5th from 10:00 - 11:00 a.m. on Zoom, as part of our Active Living and Wellness series!
Meditation allows us time to slow down, relax and bring greater health to our mind and body. Instructor Rafaelle Mackay will introduce us to meditation and show us some simple exercises that we can practice at home.
