An interactive DVD presentation on the topic of stress, anxiety and panic attacks presented by Dr. Camillo Zacchia, PhD. and psychologist and senior advisor at the Douglas Institute. Dr. Zacchia specializes in the treatment of anxiety disorders, depression and interpersonal problems. He is a frequent conference presenter as well as a blog contributor on mental health issues at the Huffington Post.

This season, our series of Community Health Education Program (CHEP) sessions in Centre-du-Québec will be co-hosted by CASE-MCQ and the local United Church in South Durham. Meetings will always be held from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. at the Salle des Loisirs on Main Street in Durham on the third Wednesday of the month.
