Join us on Wednesday, March 24th at 7:00 p.m. for a discussion about healing plants with Evelyne Benedict, First Nations gardener and environmentalist in Odanak. Evelyne will speak about her journey of reconnecting with the natural world through plants and share how she discovered their healing qualities. She will also talk about some specific plants, including her favourite, yarrow. Finally, Evelyne will tell us about some of the projects going on in Odanak; including a written collection of traditional knowledge about the healing properties of plants.
