Join us for an hour of Mindfulness Meditation, led by Laurier Chabot on Zoom!

Mindfulness is a type of meditation in which you focus on being aware of what you’re sensing and feeling in the moment, without interpretation or judgment. It helps to relax the mind and body and reduce stress.
