A continuation of the chair exercise program, this month we’ll be incorporating simple exercises for hand agility and foot massage. We will discover some different tools, easily available in your own home and some that are commercially produced. Come and see how you can give yourself a gentle self-caring hour of fun with friends and neighbors, as well as take home some useful exercise advice.
