Join us on Tuesday, March 9th and 23rd from 7:30 - 8:30 p.m. for our Meditation Hour with instructor, Rafaelle Mackay!
Rafaelle will be offering a guided meditation based on a system called Yoga Nidra, which helps bring more awareness to the body and breath. Rafaelle will also teach us how to breathe more fully with the whole body; inviting more circulation, awareness and health. There will be some relaxation exercises that could be brought into a daily routine if wanted and needed.
