Hand & Wrist Exercises - Active Living and Wellness

Join us for Hand & Wrist Exercises during our Active Living and Wellness Workshop on Friday, February 19th from 10:00 - 11:00 a.m. on Zoom!

During this activity, we will be doing a variety of hand and wrist exercises that help improve endurance, strength and flexibility, as well as prevent future problems or injuries.
